I had the fortune of attending a PUA Training bootcamp in London just over a week ago now. I had arrived a little late, as the jubilee line was closed, and lines were part suspended from usual underground engineering nonsense. Location was in Leicester Square, on the top floor of a well know pub.
As soon as I arrived, my fellow students were all sat relaxingly and listening at tentatively to the man himself, Gambler. The thing I like about Gambler is how relaxed and genuine he is, all the traits of a true natural.
Gambler went through a good number of hours on body posture, in how we should stand and portray ourselves, without looking nervous or fidgety. Throughout his talk, he gave demos on students and then we practiced on each other. He also covered kino and gesturing. How to make kino look natural and when to tell if the girl is interested. The final thing he mentioned, which is his current style nowadays, was forcing IOIs.
How you can force the eye, or cheers a girl walking past with a drink, or even miming across the dancefloor in a loud club, which becomes a funny interaction between yourself and the girl without anyone around you noticing you both. You could the guys being demoed were getting a little nervous, especially when Gambler started to practice close kino!
I found it quite funny for a young chap I was doing a demo with, approached Gambler and told him that this experience was unreal, as he was in amazement seeing a person who he has read about and seen on tv etc, and now he is standing there teaching him!
Anyway, in steps Gulliver. He has a very professional attitude with a good sense of humour (as he also does standup comedy during his times off). Again, another genuine chap. Now, as it was nearing to our day game, we got taught a few openers that were to open any girl. One for the day, and one for the evening. He went through a lot on dominance and not seeking approval, being happy with yourself and having the inner confidence. Then I remember Gambler cutting in to talk about sexual escalation, slowing down your speech, lowering your vocal tone, creating pauses in your conversation, increasing kino. Making sure that instead of saying umm errrr, that you put in silences so as to look like your about to say something, keeping the woman on her toes, waiting for something to be said. Again, a good bit of dhv, very effective stuff! Something that I hadn’t mastered prior to the bootcamp. Was definitely one of my sticking points.
Again, prior to day game, we went through bits on fashion, finding your own style, creating emotional states, smiling etc. I couldn’t remember which trainer taught this section.
Soooo, in steps Andy Yosha, day game extraordinaire! Haahaa. Andy comes in all relaxed, and talks about his main forte. Giving demos of stopping a women in a street. What to say, how to position yourself, how to stop them, transitioning etc. All very useful stuff and some very good demos made. You can see that Andy lives for day game 24/7.
